Peter Mugure, a former KDF office was charged with murdering his family.

Prince Michael and Shanice Maua together with his wife Joyce Syombua were allegedly killed by Mugure. Then he interred them in Gilgil in a small grave.
Mugure claimed that hours after his detention, he was brought before the base commander and accused. He was made to sign a letter of resignation even though he had not yet had a mental health evaluation to determine his stability.
He believes that, 24 hours before his trial there was no evidence that could be used against him. He asserts that doing this is illegal.

Do you believe Mugure has the right to ask for his job back? Was a medical examination required before he was compelled to resign from his position? Please feel free to comment.
