Photos Of Bwire, A 'BodaBoda' Man Who Tried To Assist Al-Shabaab Terrorist To Blow Up KICC,

A boda boda driver is under fire for collaborating with Al-Shabaab terrorists. According to reports, Victor Bwire formed a Facebook account where he allegedly received guidance from terrorists.

He was assigned to conduct studies on KICC's operations so that terrorists might determine the ideal time to detonate the building.

His tasks included examining any element that would make the terrorists' jobs more difficult. He had to look at where the police were stationed, the locations of any roadblocks, and how the police would respond if he entered the building with a passenger.

Bwire traveled to the KICC to observe how the convention center ran.He observed how security officials conducted searches and then reported this to the Al-Shabaab insurgents who had dispatched him. He was supposed to inspect the amount of doors, restrooms, parking areas, and CCTV cameras.

Bwire gave all the information to a man named Mohammed Yare Abdalla when he finished his tour. The authorities have determined that this knowledge was used to aid the terrorists in detonating KICC.

Before the terrorists could strike, their intentions were thwarted by Bwire's arrest. The cousin of Elgiva Bwire, a terrorism suspect who is currently at large, has also been identified as Bwire.
