Al-Shabaab has today suffered a huge blow after several terrorists were gunned down by army commandos.
Three terrorists were gunned down while one was captured alive after U.S trained army commandos, Danab, launched an offensive attack at a roadblock that militants had mounted
According to media reports from Somalia, the terrorists had set up a roadblock near Labi-Kus village within Kismayo town, which they were using to extort money from innocent road users
The commandos stormed the place and put down three militants and arrested one.
Somali National Television reports that several weapons were recovered from the militants
Al-Shabaab has been mounting roadblocks on major roads to collect money from road users in form of taxes
They then use the collected money to finance their terrorist activities.
