
Samantha Lewthwaite also known as the White widow is not a new name to most Kenyans. She was the chief suspect and mastermind in the deadly West Gate Mall attack and later the Dusit D2 attack that was organized and executed by the Al Shabab terror group. Samantha was branded the most wanted Al Shabab terrorist after the two events and has since been on the run.
She has however been enjoying protection from one family in Somalia where she was married to one the senior generals of Al Shabab. However, la
test reports have indicated that she has been divorced and is currently on the run. Samantha and his Al Shabab lover Hassan Maalim Ibrahim have been wife and husband for a period of close to seven years, managing and executing terror activities together.
The exact location and whereabouts of Samantha however still remain a mystery, since the group which has given the Kenya Defence Forces sleepless nights operates under utmost secrecy.
