Trucks Ferrying KDF Soldiers To Congo Spotted In Kampala (Video)

Kenya has been at the front line in ensuring that the conflict between the Congolese government and the M23 rebels is neutralized so that people may not suffer. Kenya is being represented by the former president Uhuru Kenyatta who is the peace envoy for Kenya to the East African community.

On Wednesday KDF soldiers were deployed to Goma following an increase in the number of attacks from the M23 rebels in North Kivu. The soldiers were spotted driving through Kampala while headed to Congo and the sight of trucks loaded with armed soldiers caught the attention of many people.

In one of the videos that has since gone viral on the internet military trucks loaded with armed soldiers could be seen following each other one after another. They had Kenyan flags on them as they followed each other in a long convoy. Pedestrians on the road could be seen looking at the vehicles with excitement.

The conflict in Congo has been getting worse every single day as the rebels continue to take over more villages. On Thursday new classes erupted in North Kivu which promoted more soldiers to be deployed to maintain peace. Watch the video in the link shared below. Subscribe for more news updates daily.
