According to an update by the Kenya defence forces on their Twitter account today the chief of Defence forces Robert Kibochi send his assistant major general Muthuri Kiungu to represent him in a military function that happened today at the Kenya defence forces headquarters in Nairobi.

The meeting today discussing among other things the improvement that ought to have happened in the Kenya defence forces now that a good number of Kenyan military men are currently in Congo to oversee a peace mission in the Republic of Congo.
