New details has emerged as General Muhoozi warned East African negotiators that the peacemaking mission in DRC may fail. Muhoozi asked the EAC leadership to accept that M23 rebels had grown to military maturity that must now be recognised.

"He is a great fighter and I am sure we would understand each other. We were ready to talk to Joseph Kony and Lord's Resistance Army, why not M23?" Muhoozi wondered. Former President Uhuru Kenyatta leading the talks, was yet to respond to Muhoozi demands by the time of publishing.

Muhoozi expressed his support for Rwandan President Paul Kagame, who was accused of fueling the ongoing crisis in DR Congo. Museveni's son clsimed that he I pity those who despise his uncle (General Kagame). Muhoozi reiterated that fighting Rwanda is like fighting Uganda and therefore he issued out a tough warning on those criticizing Paul Kagame.
