Tabitha Kibochi, the wife of Chief of Defence Forces General Robert Kibochi and the Chairperson of Military Wives Association of Kenya, MWAK was present as members of Military Wives Association of Kenya meets for a key event in Karura Forest.

According to the information shared, MWAK members met in Karura Forest for a team building exercise that involved a 15 kilometer walk and various body exercises aimed at team building and enhancing the physical health of the members as they prepare to break for the December festivities.
Speaking after the rigourous exercise, Mrs. Kibochi hailed the members for their endurance to cover the 15km walk.

She also urged the members to continue creating network within the various levels of cadres.
"We should be a community that cares for one another. I urge you to reach to one another and touch lives in your own little ways." Mrs Kibochi said.
