West Ham Star Jets Off To Ukraine To Save His Family

As the globe continues to witness in horror the events happening in Ukraine after Russian president Vladimir Putin declared war on them, a high number of innocent civilians have already lost their lives.

Leaders across the world led by United States President Joe Biden continue to offer support to Ukrainians, imposing sanctions and condemning the actions of Russian president Vladimir Putin.

The war has displaced the citizens of Ukraine as they set out to find shelter from different countries like Poland, while others chose to be left behind to fight for their country.

Among those left behind is a family of West ham united star Andriy Yarmolenko, and he has to jet off to the boarder of Ukraine to rescue them because they refuse to leave the town of Kyiv.

Andriy was shown love and support by his teammates who wore shirts written end war in Ukraine before he left, and also he missed his side's victory against Wolverhampton.
