What KDF Spouses Will Lose If They Remarry After The Death of Their Soldier Husbands or Wives

The Kenya Defence Forces is constantly striving to better itself by introducing new laws and regulations. In the latest move, the KDF has introduced a new law that targets spouses married to KDF soldiers.

According to the law, spouses who remarry after the death of their husbands or wives serving in the army will not be given pension. The Kenyan force has defended this move with the argument that most spouses misuse the pension and don't take care of children.

The army has stated clearly that the money is to be used to take care of the deceased's children and if the man or the woman cohabits with another person, then the army has the right to retain that pension until further notice.

In addition, pension will now be released in the next 90 days. This will minimize the crowding and deelays. Meanwhile, what are your thoughts about this law?
