The Al Shabaab militia has been wrecking havoc in the coast region over the last few months with the government unsure of how to deal with this menace that has bedeviled our lands.

According to Coast Regional Commissioner, John Elungata, a Garsen Law Courts vehicle was sprayed with numerous bullets while it was enroute to Garsen from Lamu.
The vehicle is said to have been carrying five court Officials at the time of the ambush that happened a while ago on the Lamu-Garsen highway.
It's unclear as to how many people were casualties or injured in the attack that happened a few moments ago.

The incident took place in Lango La Simba where the suspected Al Shabaab militia were waiting in ambush.
It's unclear as to what their motive was behind the attack that has left residents of the area in a panic mode as this has not happened before.
