Confusion high concerning the details on what transpired to at least 10 people were killed and 15 wounded in an Islamist bomb attack during a service at a Protestant church in the eastern Congolese city of Kasindi, on the border with Uganda. However, Wajir man has been arrested over the incident.
The army spokesman claimed the attack during a Sunday service was likely carried out by the Allied Democratic Forces, a Ugandan militant group that has pledged allegiance to the Islamic State. "Despite the security measures put in place, the first indications show that it is the ADF which is behind this bomb attack," Anthony Mualushay said.
Cases of DRC attack are on increase as people continue to lose their lives anyhow. The Wajir man arrested is likely to be a member of Al Shabaab and more has to be done.
