PHOTOS: Deputy Kenya Army Commander Maj Gen Peter Muteti Sees Off Final Batch of KDF Soldiers to DRC

The Kenya Defense Forces has been busy successfully keeping the peace in many countries across the world over the years as per the reports that we have with us.

Recently, the Kenya Defense Forces as part of the East African Regional Force, was deployed to the Eastern Part of the Democratic Republic of Congo to ensure that the people get back their normal lives.

This afternoon, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from the Kenya Defense Forces Official Social Media Handle, the third batch of the officers to be deployed to Congo departed.

The soldiers were seen off by the Deputy Kenya Army Commander Major General Peter Muteti at the Embakasi Garisson that is found in Nairobi County.

Here is the statement from KDF, "Major General Peter Muteti said that the first batch is making progress in bringing peace in the Eastern part of the DRC and asked the soldiers to be good ambassadors of the Kenya Defence Forces as has been the custom in all its previous missions.

He also called upon the soldiers to adhere to the law as well as protect humanity even as they endeavor to bring lasting peace in the DRC and ultimately in the region as well as internationally."
