NEWS JUST IN: Man Who Was Planning to Bomb KICC Sentenced to Twenty Years in Prison

Incidents of terrorism in the country have been on the rise in the rcenet past with the government doing its best to contain such situations in the country.

The Kenya Defense Forces has been in Somalia for the past decade where they are combating the Al Shabaab menace which has wrecked havoc in the continent.

This afternoon, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from The Court, a man who was planning to bomb the Kenyatta International Conference Center in Nairobi, has been sentenced.

The Kenyatta International Conference Center in Nairobi is one of the oldest skyscrapers in the country and houses many offices as well as other facilities.

The man who is identified as Victor Bwire is said to have been planning to bomb the Kenyatta International Conference Center as per the reports that we have with us.

He has been sentenced to twenty years in prison for the crime of attempted terrorism as per the reports that we have with us this afternoon.

The man was planning to bomb the Kenyatta International Conference Center in 2019 will now be spending twenty years in jail for the crime.

The government has done its best to ensure that such cases are brought to book and prosecuted in the country to avoid any further calamities in the future.
