M23 Rebels Finally Meet Uhuru Kenyatta, Agree To Cede Occupied Areas

M23 rebels in Democratic Republic of Congo have made a great move in ensuring that they abide by the negotiations talks made to restore peace in the Nation. According to reports, M23 rebels who are claimed to have occupied certain areas in DRC without any legal procedure have now changed tune.

The M23 rebels have finally met former president Uhuru Kenyatta who is among the peace envoys in Eastern community. The M23 rebels have agreed to withdraw from areas they occupied and move to other areas.
