President William Ruto's Aide de Camp Colonel Fabian Lengusuranga quickly reacted after President Ruto started to pray for the 900 KDF soldiers that were going for a peace mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
In the video shared by Kimilili Member of Parliament Didmus Barasa, Colonel Fabian Lengusuranga quickly took out his military hat the moment the head of state started his prayer to the soldiers. This is a sign of respect.

The president today flagged off 900 KDF soldiers who will be going to the troubled DRC region to join East African Community Regional Forces (EACRF) contingent.
The president in his this military duty was accompanied by Chief of Defence Forces General Robert Kibochi, Cabinet Secretary for Defence Aden Duale among other top military officials.The event took place at Embakasi Garrison
