Kenyans have caused an uproar on social media after Uganda's Military Commander, Lieutenant General Muhoozi Kainerugaba who also happens to be the sitting Ugandan President, His Excellency Yoweri Museveni's son made outrageous claims about capturing Kenya's capital city, Nairobi county.
As confirmed by various media groups like Kenyans.co.ke, the Commander announced that it would only take the military of Uganda only two weeks to take control of Nairobi county. Lt. Muhoozi who is well known with his close relationships with the country's top leaders including former president, Uhuru Kenyatta, President William Ruto and others has now left many Kenyans mouth wagging with his remarks.
“It would take me and my army only two weeks to capture Nairobi county," he said.
Kenyans on social media have now elicited mixed reactions over the same as they argue on whether the Ugandan general is indeed looking forward to put to practice his claims or he is just joking.
