Kenya Edges Towards Eliminating Terrorism And Banditry As State Reveals It's Next Move

Kenya has been experiencing several insecurity challenges over years which range from terrorism to Banditry.The latest insecurity issue is the Laikipia bandit's attack which hit headlines and attracted alot of the country's attention.

In a move to counter all these issues, the government has been making several advances towards protecting its citizens which is its core mandate .

According to Business Daily Africa , the state has launched a National Intelligence and Research college .The college will identify and train spymasters from the intelligence community.The team will enable the country to stay ahead of the current and emerging security challenges through advanced intelligence gathering.

The college according to Education Cabinet Secretary, Prof George Magoha will be a constituent college of the the Kenya Defence University which recieved its charter in May this year.
