In an unclear circumstance, a Somali soldier is reported to have killed a driver of mini bus carrying passengers prompting security officers to apprehend him.

According to the latest information shared by Somali National TV, a soldier today morning killed a minibus driver ferrying passengers at a checkpoint on the road between Mogadishu and Jowhar in unclear circumstances.
The information shared further reveals that the soldier who is accused of the killing has now been arrested by security forces in Balcad district.

"Security forces in Balcad district apprehended a soldier who killed a driver of minibus ferrying passengers at checkpoint on the road between Mogadishu and Jowhar, on Tuesday morning" Sntv Daljir reported.
It should be noted that there is security operations in southern Somalia targeting Al Shabaab terrorists who have been blamed for a number of attacks in the country.
