Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) veteran soldiers have broken the silence concerning Opposition Leader Raila Odinga's Monday demonstrations in the capital
According to the reports that we received this Saturday, retired soldiers have broken the silence by sending a message to Raila, telling him to shelve the demonstration plan and look for other ways and avenues of achieving what he wants
A Citizen TV news reporter who covered the event has revealed that the veteran wants Raila to use alternatives ways of solving issues without hitting the streets
"RETIRED ARMY OFFICERS call upon Raila Odinga to recall his stand on demonstrations and consider other avenues," read the update from Seth Olale
Raila is set to hit the streets of Nariobi on Monday, 20th March, together with other Azimio leaders and his supporters
They want to demos as the avenue to get what they want from the government, including forcing Ruto to lower the cost of living by lowering the prices of basic goods
