Earlier today a matatu from Elwak headed to Mandera was exploded with improvised explosive device along Wargadud Rhamu Road.
The vehicle was carrying ten passengers when departed, four women and six men and all of them are family members.
It was not the first time such incident been reported in the area, the latest incident was two days ago when the militants bombed the land cruiser belonged to Frontier Construction.
Members of Alshabab just cross the border and kill innocent Kenyans everyday and no any single leader from Mandera county had never talked about insecurity.
The area residents were now appealing to the national government to take stern action against the culprits.
Last month the militant killed Assistant chief of Omar jilo on his way from Mandera.
Governor Roba was been stage attacked several times but managed to escaped and upto today he didn't inform ministry of interior to deploy security forces in the area.
