Liu Gen Francis Ogolla Missing as CS Defence Duale Holds High Profile Meeting at Defence Headquarter

Unlike in common occurrence where Cabinet Secretary for Defence Aden Duale when holding meetings especially with foreign envoys Vice Chief of Defence Forces Lieutenant General Francis Ogolla is normally present, today's meeting where the CS Defence had with the Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary to Kenya, the Vice Chief of Defence Forces Ogolla was missing.

According to the information shared, His Excellency Zsolt Meszaros, Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary to Kenya, on Monday, 09 Jan 23 paid a courtesy visit to Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary for Defence Hon. Aden Duale at the Defence Headquarters in Nairobi.

The two leaders are reported to have held talks on bilateral cooperation and partnerships on defence matters between the two countries.

Both leaders noted with appreciation the existing friendly relation with their respective nations and underscored the many opportunities available as a result of the mutually beneficial cooperation.
