3 ways to organize your life

1.Plan your day the night before

Make sure to put into writing the activities you intend to take part in the night before. This will help you perform your duties efficiently.

2.Start your day with simple tasks

Many a time people tend to ignore the fact that spreading your bed when you wake up is important. A study by numerous universities has proven the fact that spreading your bed in the morning gives you confidence to perform other tasks during the day. You can also do some push -ups or squats when you wake up to jog your memory.

3. Avoid multitasking

This one is self-explanatory. Make sure you do one thing at a time if you want to be productive.
