Group of Kenyans were seen having fun at a forest even though they were advised against the same. After the president suspended the operation of bars and night clubs Kenyans resorted to forests. Majority of Kenyans were seen having the time of their lives at a forest. They gathered, brought drinks and food. Seemingly, citizens value their happiness as opposed to their health.
Despite the unique ploy that these people organized, their action is against the stipulated Covid-19 regulations. Not unless forest is considered a private place then these Kenyans can consider themselves safe. Though the President also banned any form of social gathering.
The picture of these people enjoying themselves in a forest elicited mixed reaction from Obare's followers. Some saying they should enjoy life as it is, others wondering why people cannot prevent the spread of this deadly disease as advised.
