1.Practice Forgiveness

Forgiving someone who has wronged you is actually a selfish act rather than a selfless one. Letting go of the hostility and hatred that you may have allowed to bottle up inside you is actually something you do for yourself rather than for the benefit of the other person. When you bear a grudge against someone, it is almost as if you carry that person around on your back with you. He/She drains you of your energy, enthusiasm and peace of mind. But the moment you forgive them, you get them off your back and you can move on with the rest of the world.

Meditation is a method to train your mind to function the way it was designed to function. And here’s the key benefit: the peace and tranquility you will feel after twenty minutes of daily meditation will infuse every remaining minute of your day. You will be more patient in your relationships, more serene at the office and more happy when you are alone. Meditation will make you a far better parent, life partner, businessperson and friend. You cannot afford not to discover the power of this five – thousand – year – old mind training discipline.

3.Investment time in yourself -

Every day you must spend some time in retrospection. Make plans for future. Correct yourself if you did any mistake. Praise yourself for your achievements. Practice gratitude and thank God for every thing.

4.Make yourself Fit - 

As Swami Vivekananda puts it “Strength is Life and Weakness is Death”. We all live in busy World of our own. We all have time for scrolling thousands of Instagram pictures, going through countless Facebook feeds, but we fail to develop a healthy fitness regime. We should be very having a proper diet and fitness plan to stay fit and healthy. If you neglect fitness there are numerous disease which can make your life Hell.

5.Make yourself Useful - 

We are all born for a purpose. Find your passion. Take your time and make yourself worthy of something. Atleast for your family. Your will never ask anything from you but as they grow old their responsibility will be on your shoulders, so be prepared for that day.

It’s time to immerse yourself in great books, podcasts, and videos that motivate you to chase bigger dreams.

7. Purging Negativity

Deciding to make big changes in your life is hard. The journey is compounded when you add negative people or habits. Negativity will convince you that your self-limiting beliefs are right. Negative people are struggling with different areas of their life and project their struggles onto you.

To experience success in your life, you have to stay away and be on guard against the effects negativity can have on you. Surround yourself with love and positivity.

8. Choosing to Live Instead of Exist

Life can be a lot of the same old, same old. We get stuck in routines, and our lives almost become one giant checklist. As we live each year without making the changes or living the kind of life we want to live, we end up existing in life.

Truly living doesn’t mean traveling the world and jumping off of cliffs in some cool country—unless that’s your dream. It means that you don’t settle for a good enough life when you could be living your dream. Make it a habit to truly live each day as if it were your last because it might be.
