Charles Odongo, popularly known as, Ugali Man, became an overnight celebrity after clips showing his crazy Ugali eating skills went viral on various social platforms. The speed at which he eats Ugali wowed Kenyans and turned him into a social media sensation.
Odongo landed a lucrative advertising deal with a local betting site, thanks to his overnight fame. Besides being awarded a brand new car and Sh 5 Million cheque by the betting company after he was featured in an advert, he was also provided with state-of-the-art gym equipment.
The heavily built fitness trainer has already set up a modern gym in Rongai using the equipment. He previously operated an impoverised gym but after landing new fortunes, his dream of setting up a high-end gym has came true.
He took to his official Instagram page today and gave his fans a glimpse of his new gym. It's spacious with all the modern fitness equipment as seen in the photos below.
When the betting company provided him with the gym equipment, he promised to use the gym to uplift others and guide the youth from engaging in crime. He said that he lost most of his friends to crime and that's why he decided to venture into fitness to keep himself busy.
Odongo has since donated equipment from his impoverised gym to some youths in a place called Gataka and hoped that they will use the equipment to boost their health.
