"Mashujaa Day" Celebrations Morning Updates, And The Expectations From Kenyans

On this eve of Mashujaa day, several people have been observed to flood the stadium in kirinyaga in order to celebrate their heroes. Thousands of Kenyans from all walks of life thronged Wang'uru Stadium in Kirinyaga on Wednesday for this year's Mashujaa Day celebrations. 

People started trooping into the stadium from as early as 5am. The government had announced that only 3,000 people with invitation cards would be allowed into the stadium but according to what is observed at the main entrance, more that 5,000 people are awaiting to be allowed into the stadium.

President Uhuru kenyatta, Deputy president Dr. William Ruto, Former prime ministers and other leaders are being expected to attend the celebrations and both will be given a chance to address the nation, and give their way out on the economic status of this country.

many are expecting president Uhuru Kenyatta to ease the Covid-19 regulations and that he will be uniting the nation on his last mashujaa day celebrations in office as the fourth president of the republic of kenya.
