Mashujaa Day Celebrations For 2021 To Be Held At Wang'uru Stadium

The country Kenya went through tough times in the past just inorder to attain an independence state where the citizens could dominate full control over their resources as they also embrace peace, love, unity and harmony.

Many of the Kenyans citizens actually contributed towards the achievement of this and therefore a need to honour them greatly.

Therefore, Mashujaa Day which is also known as Heroes' Day is a national day in Kenya which is actually observed on 20 October as a public holiday to collectively honour all those who contributed towards the struggle for Kenya's independence or positively contributed in the post independence Kenya.

The holiday have been celebrated in different counties within the well known 47 Kenyan counties and this time round, the major celebration of the heroes will take place at Wang'uru stadium in Kirinyaga county, an event that will take place on Wednesday the 20th of October 2021.

All Kenyan citizens will have this day to suspend their daily activities inorder to honour the heroes who actually fought the the independence of this nation.
