When your doubt yourself you will hold your self from doing many things because you will see as if you’re not worthy enough, not skilled enough, not smart enough, etc holds us back from so many amazing opportunities life has to offer us.

Lately there is alot of pressure in the social media to be like other people.

Use that energy to better yourself

3.Not being ready

Do not wait for someday, do not postpone just do what you want now

Start attending the class you want

Stop the bad habit you have eg smoking, taking weed etc

4.Stop caring what others think of you because no one is wasting their energy thinking about you

5.Stop wanting to be perfect

Nobody in this world is perfect. Tell yourself, “I’m doing the best I can at this moment, and I only fail when I don’t try.”
