It is normal for you to figure out that your shoes have produce bad smells and so does your feet. The most natural cause for the awful smell is when bacteria from your shoes, socks and feet mix with sweat. Not unless you have underlying body infections that can trigger foot odor, sweat is the common reason for shoes that smell.
To deal with this problems, there are some home remedies that you can use to get rid of the smell.
1. Wash your feet everyday with antibacterial soap that will keep your feet clean and out of the risk of having bacteria. You can as well soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes to get rid of the smell.
2. Ensure to completely dry your feet before putting on shoes because when you have moisture in your shoes, it could react with bacteria to form the smell.
3. Change your pair of shoes so that you can give them some time to have air circulate in them. Avoid putting on the same pair of shoes for more than two days becaus it is not safe.
4. Clean your shoes with soap and dry them well. You can spray your inner parts of the shoes with cornstarch which helps to dry any moisture in them.
