George Kinoti is the Directorate of Criminal Investigation boss.
Today he is yet again on the spot again and he is being taken to court after he charged a dead man.
According to the source Jimi Wanjigi is in court once again together with seven others.
Last year Kinoti was charged, He had disobeyed a court order directing him to return guns belonging to Jimi Wanjigi, a wealthy businessman-cum-politician. The guns were seized following a raid on Wanjigi's home.
So once again he has been taken to the court on charging a dead man.
