Nelson Havi who is among the allies of deputy president William Ruto and UDA party today tweeted on his twitter page that Today I made arguments at the Supreme Court in response to questions by Justices Ouko, Lenaola and Dr Wanjala on the Basic Structure Doctrine, the Primary Constituent Power and the four steps for alteration of articles entrenching the Basic Structure of the Constitution of Kenya.

Cohen tweeted, "Your argument yesterday was excellent. You broke down the legal jargons to the point that a common mwananchi could understand what you are saying. Is that Elephant still running with the Antelope?"

Ken tweeted, "Nobueze states that if you cut off Havi's hand, he is no longer Havi but Havi the late. Does our constitution need theories out of it to protect it or it can protect itself without bundles of theory from Nobueze."

Geoffrey tweeted, "That feudal connotation is just apt. Dynasty apologists never want to admit that social stratification based on primitive accumulation of wealth & raw power, is what our African political leaders aspire to."
