Tob Cohen's Sister Reveals Huge Amount of Money She's Spent Trying to Get Justice

Gabrielle Hannah, the sister to late Dutch businessman Tob Cohen whose body was found in a septic tank inside his home appeared before the high court during the hearing about her brother's will.

She expressed her frustration in her quest for seeking justice for her late brother stating that she has so far used 122 million Kenyan shillings (Euro 180,000) trying to find Tob Cohen's killers.

She pleaded with judge Murungi Thande to determine the wealth distribution case which she believes will give the family some closure on the matter. The amount is a total of the travel and other expenses from Netherlands to Kenya following up on the investigations.

Gabrielle Hannah also explained why she didn't attend Cohen's burial. She said that she had to attend her son's wedding in Holland. She had already seen Cohen's body and investigations had already commenced.

Gabrielle said that the will presented by Cohen's wife Sarah Wairimu is fabricated and the one Cohen left her is the real one.

She claimed that Ms Wairimu was nowhere in the original will. Through her lawyer Danstan Omari, Gabrielle told the court to allow her compare the two wills.

The judge ordered DCI Kinoti to present the original will before the court.
