The building bridges initiative appeal case is ongoing in the supreme court led by the chief Justice Martha Koome.
Remember that the Building bridges initiative has been declared null and void by the High court and court of appeal .
That made the attorney general ,to move to the supreme court to appeal the ruling made by the court of appeal .
Now the supreme court has set a three day for hearing of the Case ,as both side of proponents and opponents of BBI presents thero verdict .
One of the lawyer who is the opponent of the building bridges initiative has brought the supreme court into a standstill as he reveal who is the real boss in the country .
Isaac alouchiers has asked who is the real boss in the country ,and if they are the people who are the boss then their words should rule and prevail.
"Who is the boss in the country? Is it Martha koome ,Uhuru Kenyatta ,David nfii or us the people ? If we the people are the boss then our word should rule and prevail .If we put qualifiers in judicial immunity like unlawful we mean exactly that" Isaac Aluochier's says .
