In what seems to be a big blow to Uhuru and Raila's bid to have the BBI appeal sail through, Third way Alliance which is closely associated with Ekuru Aukot has today filed another petition in court seeking to produce more evidence to the courts against the document.

They now claim that during their filing of the appeal in the court, there two houses had not finalized the required documents on the matter. They say now that the documents are provided to the public, they now seek to have them as part of their evidence in court.
This latest development will wait longer for the courts to issue a new directive if they will be accepted in the courts by the court of appeal judges. The cases on the document are expected to kick-off at the end of the month when both sides will give their submissions.
