4 officers of the disbanded SSU squad have suffered a painful blow following magistrate Diana Mochache's ruling. The suspect officers had opposed prove by the Internal Affairs Unit of DCI alleging that the mandate to prove them lied with the Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA). However, Court has made it known that the Internal Affairs Unit has the mandate to investigate the said officers of all their activities.

The deadly SSU officers are accused of committing mass murders and throwing bodies in River Yalla after torture and mistreatment of their clients. The officers were opposed to the Internal Affairs Unit proving them because they knew most of their secret evil dealings.
The 4 DCI officers are also accused of committing murder of the Indian Nationals who were set to join president William Ruto's IT team during campaigns. The officers will therefore face extreme sentence if found guilty of murder for a CCTV footage has already exposed them as brutal Killers.
The 4 officers will without a doubt be thrown into Kamiti if found guilty. They have admitted to having received orders from their seniors but they have refused to mention them vowing to carry the cross without giving new details that would lead to the arrest of their colleagues.
