The exiled based lawyer has requested the CJ Koome's camp to summarily dismissed the case. The lawyer has alleged that the case was prematurely filed and this was made to tarnish the speaker Ken Lusaka's name.
Miguna said "I read elsewhere that Ken Lusaka has agreed to pay "child support" for an unborn child. Which law provides for that? The case against Lusaka should be summarily dismissed for having been filed prematurely. The kind of incompetence among some Kenyan advocates is incomprehensible."
