Dr. Miguna Miguna has asked the AG Justin Muturi and Kenya Kwanza government to obey the Court orders and pay up the damages that was awarded to him by Justice Chacha Mwita in 2018.
According to him any more delay not to pay him his compensation is a justice denied. On December 4, 2018 Justice Chacha ordered president Uhuru Kenyatta's administration to pay damages to Miguna Miguna after his deportation to Canada. But president Uhuru Kenyatta refused to honour that order.
"I’m back home first week of January. I hope that AG Hon. JB Muturi and the Kenya Kwanza government will obey Justice Chacha Mwita’s orders of December 4, 2018 and pay up the damages the Court awarded in my favour before then. Justice delayed is Justice denied". Said Dr. Miguna Miguna.
It's now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming days if the JB Justin Muturi and Kenya Kwanza government will pay up his compensation or not.
