Former Gatundu South member of parliament honorable Moses Kuria has warned Azimio Ally James Orengo and other Petitioners against delaying in presenting their arguments in court concerning 34As forms meant by IEBC.
According to Moses Kuria's message to Orengo and Other Azimio La Umoja Petitioners defending Raila's fall down, the vocal MP has urged the Petitioners to hurry as possible because it is not too late but only today to present their arguments in court.
"It is not too late. James Orengo and the surrogate petitioners can use today's closing session to present for the first time a SINGLE Form 34A that they would want condemned. That's the only route to nullification. Bring it on, Jimmy !." He wrote.
