"Say No To Mob Justice" Mike Sonko Trolled After Pledging To Distribute 200K To Masten's Killer's

Today, the Nairobi County Ex-Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko shocked many after promising to distribute the 200K he had promised earlier to the Masten's killer's.

It is said that Masten Wanjala escaped from the Jogoo Road Police Cell on Tuesday under unclear circumstances and he went into hiding spree before he met his painful death today at his rural home in Kabuchai in Bung'oma County.

The irate mob bayed for his blood until he breathed his last.

Masten is a mastermind killer who confessed to have had killed 13 children and dumped their bodies into the forest.

In Kenya, taking law by hands is usually against the law i.e. those who killed Masten will fence a murder charge if traced, arrested and taken to the court.

Sonko's reaction on Masten's killings is like a praise and support of mob justice, something that is illegal and un acceptable in the current society. Here are people's reactions;

@Muriungi Gikundi; Never reward mob justice in public. It has it's flaws.

@Bee rutto; Remember those youth's can be charged for murder. You're promoting and encouraging mob justice which is not a proper way of solving issues in our community...

@Odhiambo Agumba: Mob Justice is against human rights. You have a good heart but lack wisdom on this.
