The building bridges Initiative is still trying to maneuver it's way through the courts after suffering a major set back last year. It was ruled to have been null have void. Through the judge ruling, it was stated that it the process had been driven by the president for personal gains hence was termed as null and void.
However, an appeal had been taken after the first one failed and is set for hearing. An opinion poll has been conducted by a famous media house, Kenyans.co.ke to determine whether the BBI appeal will be successful. A total of 1063 votes have been taken so far and from these only 31 percent think the appeal will be successful and over 69 percent don't think the appeal will fail just like the others had failed.
