The Judiciary Announces Important Information To The Public Just Days After BBI Supreme Court Appeal

The judiciary of Kenya has always been under heavy criticism from Kenyans on how they handle important cases in the country. The team has been accused by Kenyans of always trying to sabotage the governments efforts to fight corruption and nepotism in the country. Equally, the number of cases that have stagnated at the courts have been a worrying trend to the system.

In todays information shared to news rooms, the judiciary has said that they are introducing a new system in the way cases will be reported to the courts. They also accepted the fact that the e-system of recording information had been tried before but there were technical issues with the maintenance.

These major developments comes days just after the Building Bridges Initiative BBI had been thrown out by the Appeal court as being invalid. The proponents of the bill has since taken it to the Supreme court to challenge the ruling.
