The Ndichu brothers have been trending for the past two days on social media after a video of them assaulting two women surfaced online. Have you heard of them before? Well here's a little Information about them ; Eddie Ndichu is married to journalist Janet Mbugua and are blessed with two son. His brother Paul is also married with one daughter but also has twin girls with media personality Grace Msalame. The two have always been famed on Instagram for driving women crazy with their hunk looks.
Wapi Pay a start up company co-founded by the twins that 'seeks to digitise Africa- Asia trade payments' in August 2021 received 240 million shillings from a Japanese investor to expand their operations. However ,following the incident the investor has since threatened to pull out of the deal with the Kenyan enterprise.

No longer on social media
The two brothers who both have previously worked in international banks and are now facing assault charges have deactivated their Instagram accounts following the incident. Giving their side of the story, the two said the video was misinterpreted and not everything that transpired on that eventful day was captured in that video.
" To be clear, Paul and Eddie got involved in an attempt to neutralize a confrontation between two women and defend themselves from certain aggressors" a statement by Wapi pay said. The twins further said they do not support GBV.
Eddie's wife Janet Mbugua also spoke about the incident demanding justice for the victims and decried the rise of gender based violence cases in the country.
