List of All Things and Acts That Have Been Declared Null and Void Since 2017

In law, void means of no legal effect. An action, document, or transaction which is void is of no legal effect whatsoever: an absolute nullity.

Some days ago, the High Court declared the Huduma Namba roll out illegal and unconstitutional on grounds of being in conflict with the Data Protection Act, 2019 l. The Court also ruled that the law wasn’t followed in its roll-out.

On 20th August this year, the Court of Appeal upheld the High Court judgment declaring the Bridging Bridges Initiative unconstitutional, null and Void.

13. Nairobi Metropolitan Services.

14. Badi Attending Cabinet Meetings.

15. 129 parastatal appointments.
