What Will Happen To BBI if Court Of Appeal Overturns The High Court Ruling

The government of Kenya is made of three main arms of the government which are namely the executive ,the legislature and the judiciary . The executive is symbolized by the presidency while the legislature is the law making body which was devolved to the county assemblies and the law making supreme houses are the senate and the national assembly.

The Judicial service is made of courts which are high court ,court of appeal and the supreme court. The Muslims have a special court known as the court of Kadhi. Many are not sure of what will happen to BBI after the court of appeal nullifies the ruling of the high court. In case the appeal is made alive the BBI Will take a new direction and this will result to the referendum .

This will be carried out by the IEBC and the Kenyans will be given a chance to vote in or out for the document. As a Kenyan have you read the document ? Does it suit you? Should it be passed or nullified?
