In order to protect IEBC and go up against Azimio in the Kenyan Supreme Court, IEBC Chair Wafula Chebukati has hired one of the most qualified attorneys in the country. The IEBC Commission has retained the services of Githu Muigai, who formerly served as Attorney General of Kenya, to represent their interests in court.
Githu Muigai will be in charge of a group of attorneys in the Supreme Court in order to ensure that the Azimio coalition is held accountable for its actions. Githu Muigai is without a doubt one of the best attorneys in the country, and he never backs down from an argument when he is representing a client. This is something that can not be denied or ignored.
Githu Muigai and Azimio Lawyers are scheduled to continue their battle against one another at the Kenyan Supreme Court. It is obvious that the attorney will be asked to explain in front of the court how the IEBC arrived at the numbers that led to Ruto's deliberation as the next president. This will be a part of the attorney's testimony.
Githu Muigai is a lawyer who, while having a significant amount of experience in the industry, occasionally finds himself on the losing end of cases. Once Azimio files a real, Kenyans will be curious to learn how he will represent his cases before the Supreme Court. Kenyans will be curious to learn how Azimio will represent his cases.
