Parade protest

"In full support" Ahmednasir Abdullahi Breaks Silence On LSK Planned Demo

On Friday, January 20, 2023, the Law Society of Kenya will stage peaceful demonstrations at each of its eight branches.

Theuri announced in a tweet that they will be protesting ineffectiveness in the land ministries.

"On January 20, 2023, supporters from all 8 LSK Branches will march in a nonviolent protest to oppose the delays, waste, and breakdown of service at the land registries. The general public is invited to participate. Details and the path would be disclosed, "Theuri claimed in a tweet that he included the names of President William Ruto and Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi.

Lawyer Ahmednasir responded to their intended protest by endorsing the action.

He further urged them to stage similar demonstrations in opposition to the judiciary, which he has criticized for being "as ineffective."

Good Mr. President, but we ought to take similar action against the judiciary, Ahmednasir said. "The entire court system has completely collapsed," he continued.

Theuri received support from a portion of Kenyans who claimed they had had hardships while attempting to get government assistance from the ministry of lands.

According to Abu Nabii: "Why don't I surprise myself? Of all the government agencies, why did the land registry services fail?"
