A letter making the rounds on social media has finally received a response from city attorney Donald Kipkorir. The letter is actually a certificate of taxes, which Canadian attorney Miguna Miguna first made public. According to the certificate, Donald Kipkorir received Sh1.3 billion in legal fees for assisting the Nairobi County administration.
Donald Kipkorir has verified the certificate's authenticity. He pondered on his social media pages why people were dubious about him receiving such astronomical legal expenses. Kipkorir questioned whether his lowly upbringing was the reason he was being scrutinized for receiving such a hefty salary.
The billable hours were in conformity with the advocates remuneration order, Kipkorir also stated. The seasoned attorney said that the historic charge represented an honest day's labor. One of the best attorneys in the nation is Donald Kipkorir, sometimes known as The Don. He is the owner of KTK Advocates, a law practice.
