Business Unusual As Martha Koome Now Demands The President Swear In The Remaining 6 Judges

It seems Martha Koome was waiting for the opportune moment to hit back at the president hours after she oversaw the swearing-in of close to thirty-four legal brains that will now be tasked with the obligation of attending to cases at the Supreme Court. Martha Koome has finally spoken on the matter.

According to the Supreme Court judge, the head of state should swear in the remaining judges with immediate effect because they were shortlisted by the judicial service commission which is the body mandated to oversee the vetting of judges.

Despite Uhuru’s reasons for revoking the appointments, Martha Koome feels there is foul play in the matter and now demands the president to respect the judiciary which according to her should not be directed on how to run its affairs. The head of state is yet to state whether he will oversee their swearing-in.

Below is a sample letter from Chief Justice Martha Koome;
