Following the previous ditching of BBI initiative as per court orders declaring that it was illegal and unconstitutional, the Kenya Alliance Principals has come out to show dissatisfaction on high court ruling as one of the principal Kalonzo said that"The One Kenya Alliance Party met today the 18th day of Matto receive an update report from our technical committee on the progress made in formalizing the Alliance.They expressed satisfaction with the progress so far,noting that Kenyans were waiting anxiously for the same as a vehicle that Carries their aspirations.At the same time the Principals registered their dissatisfaction with the High Court judgement on the BBI constitutional amendment but urged Kenyans to be patient and wait for appeal process to proceed to its logical conclusion, while others expressing hope that the appellate courts will uphold the sovereign will of the people of Kenya.
The party also discussed on the devastating effects of floods across the country that has led to loss of lives and destruction of property calling upon the relevant authorities to put in place urgent measures to curb this situation
